قبل التركيب

1. The doctor provides a pure water source in a diameter of 0.5 inch and it is preferred  to be from the central water source, or in a diameter of 0.75 inch if the water source was a reservoir that should be high enough to provide the required water pressure.
2. The apparatus needs a salty water drainage with 2 inch diameter.
3. The apparatus needs electricity source with 2 mm or more and it is preferred to be grounded taking in notes that the source and the drainage should be under the splitter in the chosen place, and it’s not important if lines are hidden or not.
4. It is preferred to put electricity regulator with at least 5000 Volt to protect the apparatus and to increase the rendition.
5. Shipping and assembling fees outside Damascus  are on the doctor charge.
6. The guarantee validity begins from the assembling date and doesn’t cover the miss using or problems caused by the electricity, and it doesn’t cover  the apparatus grips.

1.    يؤمن الطبيب مأخذاً للمياه الحلوة بقطر نصف إنش ويفضل أن يكون من المياه الرئيسية أو بقطر ثلاثة أرباع الإنش إذا كان هناك خزان للماء. ويجب أن يكون الخزان مرتفعاً قدر الإمكان.

2.    يحتاج الجهاز إلى مصرف للماه المالحة بقطر إنشين.

3.    يحتاج الجهاز لمأخذ كهربائي بقطر (2) مم أو أكثر ويفضل وجود مأخذ أرضي. علماً بأن المأخذ والمصرف يجب أن يكونا تحت المبصقة في المكان الذي تم اختياره. ولا يهم إن كان التمديد ظاهراً أو مخفياً.

4.    يفضل وضع منظم كهربائي للعيادة بطاقة خمسة آلاف فولت فما فوق. وذلك لحماية الجهاز, وإعطاء مردود أفضل لقطعه.

5.    الشحن والتركيب على نفقة الطبيب خارج محافظة دمشق.

6.    تبدأ الكفالة من تاريخ التركيب, ولا تشمل الأعطال الناجمة عن سوء الاستعمال أو الخلل في التوتر الكهربائي, كما أنها لا تشمل قبضات الجهاز.

بعد التركيب

1. Start the apparatus from the main switch on the side
2. Open the splitter water from the switch on the table by pressing it
3. Try the cup timer by pressing the button on the table and set the needed duration from the electrical circuit depending on arrow and for several times.
4. push up automatic key ( in the compressor) which starts the compressor and it will switch off automatically after air being filed.
5. Switch off the apparatus from the main key and open the air reservoir valve till its become empty.
6. Close the air reservoir valve and press the main switch, the compressor will start again, when the air reservoir is full and the automatic switch off alternatively by pressing the turbine and air motor and also by pressing the pedal air switch.
7. Note: all the must be done without grips.
8. Grips must be oiled from the big hole from the bottom of the hand piece and depending on the type of the hand piece then it switched in its place.
9. Note: do not run any hand piece without bur.
10. Air pressure could be set from the filter (figure) depending on the hand piece type. With clock wise to increase the air pressure and vise versa. The air pressure can be read on the clock indicator on the table by pressing on pedal to its final limit. The pressure on the indicator should be stable during all the running period ( that not include electricity problems.)
11. Chair’s vertical move speed could be set upon demand. From the oil reservoir located in the front of the chair (figure).

1.    يشغل الجهاز من قاطعه العام على جانب الجهاز .

2.    يفتح ماء المبصقة من الزر الموجود على الطاولة, وتعَير المدة الزمنية المطلوبة من الدارة الكهربائية حسب السهم ولعدة مرات.

3.    يُرفع زر الأوتوماتيك الموجود داخل الضاغط, فيقلع الضاغط (تأكد هنا من إغلاق صمام الخزان) زبعد تعبئة الهواء يفصل الأوتوماتيك آلياً.

4.    أطفىء الجهاز من المفتاح العام وفرغ الهواء من صمام الخزان حتى النهاية.

5.    أغلق صمام الخزان جيداً واضغط على القاطع العام ليعمل الضاغط مجدداً،و عند اتمام تعبئة الخزان و فصل الأوتوماتيك آلياً يفرغ الهواء من مأخذ التوربين و الأيرموتور بالتناوب و بالضغط على دعسة الهواء بالجهاز .

6.    ملاحظة : تجري هذه العملية دون قبضات.

7.    تزيت القبضات من الفتحة الكبيرة من أسفل القبضة و حسب نوع كل قبضة و تركب على مأخذها .

ملاحظة : لا يجوز تشغيل أي قبضة دون سنبلة .

8.    يضبط ضغط الهواء حسب كل قبضة من الفاتر ( المبين في الصورة) للزيادة مع عقارب الساعة و العكس بالعكس و يقرأ الضغط على الساعة الموجودة على الطاولة بعد الضغط على الدعسة بشكل كامل ، و يجب أن يكون الضغط على الساعة ثابت مهما كانت مدة التشغيل ( إلا في حاتل انقطاع التيار الكهربائي . لأن الضاغط يكون واقفاً عن العمل ) .

9.    تضبط سرعة نزول الكرسي و ارتفاع الظهر و نزوله حسب الطلب من مجمع الزيت الموجود أمام الكرسي ( كما هو مبين في الصورة ).

ما يجب فعله دورياً

1. Hand piece oiling should be done daily from the big hole after blow and clean it with air siring.
2. The air motor hand piece should be also oiled from its head.
3. The head of the hand piece should be always cleaned from the debris of the drilling and the saliva.
4. Do not rise the air pressure more than what it is allowed for each type of hand pieces to avoid the damage of the hand pieces.
5. Clean up the water filter regularly (that is located on the center water resource)
6. Wash up saliva ejector daily
7. Open the valve of the air reservoir each week after shutting of the apparatus.
8. Push on the button located in the bottom of the filter every time you notes vapor existence in it
9. Do not run turbine hand piece without bur
10. Shut down the apparatus at the end of work
11. Stop working if you notice that the compressor is not stopping automatically and running continuously (you can stop it from the automatic button)
12. If electricity is off when the compressor is running press immediately the button of the automatic then pull it up.

1.    تزيت القبضات كل يوم من الفتحة الكبيرة و ذلك بعد نفخها بهواء السيرينغ و تنظيفها .

2.    تزيت القبضة المعوجة للأير موتور من رأسها أيضاً .

3.    مسح رأس القبضات دوماً من بقايا الحفر و اللعاب و ما شابه .

4.    لا ترفع ضغط الهواء أكثر مما هو مخصص لكل نوع حتى لاتتلف القبضة بسرعة .

5.    نظف مصفاة المياه كل فترة و الموجود على المأخذ الرئيسي للمياه .

6.    إغسل ماصة اللعاب يومياً .

7.    إفتح صمام الخزان الهوائي كل أسبوع بعد إطفاء الجهاز .

8.    إضغط على الزر الموجود أسفل الفلتر كلما لاحظت وجود بخار المياه فيها.

9.    لا تدور قبضة التوربين دون سنبلة .

10.أطفأ الجهاز بعد نهاية العما .

11.توقف عن العمل إذا لاحظت أن الضاغط لا يتوقف آلياً و يبقى يدور بشكل مستمر و يمنكن توقيفه من زر الأوتوماتيك.

في حال انقطاع التيار الكهربائي أثناء دوران الضاغط بادر فوراً إلى الضغط على زر الأوتوماتيك و من ثم رفعه.

1. Setting the timer of the cup from the electronic apparatus circuit
2. Setting the chair’s vertically move and the back movement using the oil reservoir located in the chair.
3. If the water of the cup or the splitter or the saliva ejector keep flowing even if the electricity is off clean up their valves.
4. Setting up the air pressure on the hand piece from the filter.
5. Replace the fuse if the electricity is off (after switching off by the main disjuncture of the clinic).

1.    ضبط مؤقت الكأس من دارة الجهاز الألكترونية.

2.    ضبط نزول الكرسي و نزول الظهر بواسطة مجمع الزيت الموجود داخل الكرسي.

3.    في حال بقاء ماء الكأس أو المبصقة أو ماصة اللعاب مفتوحاً رغم قطع التيار الكهربائي عن الجهاز و ذلك بتنظيف الصمام لكل منهما.

4.    ضبط ضغط الهواء على القبضة من الفلتر.

5.    استبدال الفيوز في حال انقطاع التيار عن الجهاز ( بعد قطع التيار عن الجهاز من قاطع العيادة)
